Thanks to modern catering equipment, we always prepare food of the highest quality and maintain this quality for the whole event. We are oriented towards the food’s natural taste. We do not use pre-cooked products or industrially produced dressings and desserts for our food preparation

We pay particular attention to the selection of raw material. The basis of our work is a high quality of served food and drinks. We do not use sophisticated names for ordinary foods. In our menu proposals we prefer food of classic European cuisines.

When selecting fruits and vegetables we buy fresh from self-employed Slovak farmers. We always buy fresh meat and meat products on order from respected sources, never randomly. We prefer Slovak pork

We buy freshwater fish directly from Carpathian breeding ponds.

We always serve fresh bread, pastries and confectionery, baked to order, directly from the bakery or confectioners.

We are aware, that if we buy quality Slovak products we create work opportunities for Slovak people.

Our team is made solely of professionals from catering industry. We do not employ people from other fields, even for auxiliary work.
